I think it made me intentional about my choice of career. When it comes to using instructional materials, I believe it relieves me of so much stress and when it's time to explain they already have an idea of the topic at hand... Yes,I would say it improved my teaching performance.

Honestly, when it was initiated, I was a bit uncomfortable, irritated as I had so much to cover up. I had to consult my colleague who helped me to achieve all I needed to do each academic week.
TAR made me desirous to be the best I could as a teacher, working on myself, knowing how to strategically impact the knowledge I have.
Although, I was not coming to the top amongst other teachers, I did not give up. I was made to be on my toes. TAR helped me to major in the important aspect of every topic I taught. I was also able to identify my strengths and weaknesses as a teacher. I was able to strengthen my weakness and drew motivation from my strengths.

TAR made me a better teacher. It made me know how to manage my time well, made me appreciate the use of instructional material and how it makes teaching and learning easier. TAR made me to always be on my toes in terms of covering my scheme for the week and term. Not only completing my scheme but doing it in such a way that my time and efforts are not wasted.

The TAR supervision programme is indeed a good one. It improved my teaching performance in so many ways.
* Helped me in preparing my lessons ahead
* Knowing what the supervisor is looking out for during lesson delivery puts me on my feet.

TAR is a generally good idea because:
1. It identifies teachers who are passionate about teaching.
2. Pushes a teacher past her 'regular daily achievements.
3. Creates a competitive spirit within a teacher.
TAR made me more productive because I always hope to achieve more before I'm evaluated.
TAR allows me to be more flexible with my lesson plan and instructional strategies.
